    Welcome to Griffs! We are a small family owned business that opened in Jan 2016. 
How it all began..... in a kitchen, for many years, at our home, that quite simply became too much to fit in our kitchen! Everywhere the wife would turn, beer was cooking, grains pouring out of cupboards, hops taking over the freezer and Shawn watching his creations ferment in glass jugs that lined our dining room. Bottling line in the kitchen and stacks of bottles beer in our basement. 
Friends and family enjoyed the selection so much, each suggested we take it to a bigger level andddd we did! After years of planning 2016 we opened our doors as a NYS Farm Brewery and we are so glad, each person we have met has been a pleasure.

    Steve is a long time family friend that we consider family, he has also been our long time bar tender. He absolutely loves meeting each one of you, helping out with any questions and lending a hand helping Shawn with the brews!

    Shawn and Jessica, live in North Chili with their two daughters Morgan-10 and Maya- 4. We have two dogs and three cats. Times where we are not working on the brewery, we love to game with friends, garden, projects with the girls and of course enjoy a drink!
